跟妻子蜜月旅行來的，考夫斯港本來衹是自駕遊途中的經停點，但住宿帶來的體驗也給我們留下了深刻的印象。酒店本身設施偏老，但是很乾凈也很漂亮，而且酒店的位置極佳，步行三四分鐘就能到達公共海灘。工作人員都非常可愛友善，還給我們了歡迎入住小禮物。唯一要注意的就是reception的位置有點刁鑽，而且指示牌很小，最好在去之前給酒店打個電話問一下。 We came here on our honeymoon road 訂房網站. Coffs Harbour was originally just a stop along the way, but the experience at our accommodation left a deep impression on us. The hotel itself is somewhat dated in terms of facilities, but it’s very clean and beautiful. Its location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk to the public beach. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly, and they even gave us a small welcome gift. The only thing to note is that the reception is a bit tricky to find, and the signage is quite small. It’s best to call the hotel in advance to confirm its location.

Rooms were smelling as if it’s closed from ages, cockroaches in bathrooms and living room, we booked 3 bed villa and kids room had no AC but fan which was not working well. Would not recommend for the price it’s selling. It’s not at all luxury stay. Staff is good and gentle. But room stay and quality very poor. We wasted our money booking this.

酒店挺差，地下車庫很小，要停到後面的坡上，房間很破，不值那個價，空調很臭，一樓外圍隨處可見大蜥蜴，總之非常糟糕，聽我勸千萬別住！價格也就比隔壁便宜幾十，實際水平差兩顆星了

首先，酒店沒有房間內的wifi，衹能連公共wifi，信號很差，而且房間位置較偏，手機卡根本沒有信號，這點是最大的雷。第二，衞生方面普普通通，聽同事説他那個房間有三四衹蟑螂，一晚上沒睡好覺。。。 最後，前台小姐姐人還是很不錯的，很熱心。總結來説性價比很高，便宜

在酒店的停車場車被劃了，酒店不肯調取監控，也不肯配合調查，更不願意賠償損失，蟲子到處飛，這樣的酒店值得入住嗎？

It is more like a chalet instead of a resort room. The room was very run down but at least the bed was clean and comfortable. It does not have a reception setup because Charlesworth is just an sublease operator of a big resort with some rooms. And, the check in after 8pm was a problem. At the end, I had to spend a lot of overseas phone calls and messages to settle the check in.
